If it is your first time heading to Downtown Las Vegas, then one thing you have to go do is take a picture with Vegas Vic. Vegas Vic is an iconic neon sign that is also the worlds largest mechanical neon sign.

The Viva Vision Light Show which is located on Fremont Street is the biggest video screen in the entire world. It lights up every night and is choreographed to certain music like pop and rock and makes for an amazing sight to see.
You’ll definitely feel like an ant when you stare at this gigantic screen. It is literally mind blowing.

Here at the D Casino, you can see the worlds Largest Keno Board being on display right outside the casino.

You can find interesting things like a Dybbuk Box, a wine box supposedly possessed by a malicious spirit, and the staircase from the Demon House in Indiana all on display for you to see.
The Canyon Club
Located at the back of the historic Four Queens Hotel and Casino, you will find an amazing club that has been operating here since the 60’s. Here you can find performances and live shows all around that will entertain you all through the night.

If you ever watched the History Channel, one place that might pop in mind is the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop. It is a famous pawn shop that sells all kinds of unique antiques that are rare to find.
People from all over will line up here for ages just for a chance to go inside and maybe even appear on TV. Plus depending on when you come here, you might even meet the cast of the TV show when they are doing some filming here at this location.
Fear The Walking Dead Survival
One of the scariest things you can do is to go visit the Fear The Walking Dead in Downtown Las Vegas. It is based off the popular TV show and is an escape room that is different from any others you have seen.
Here you’ll find bodies in beds, scary green light, and many different places where the undead will be hiding.
Your goal is to escape from the maze that resembles a military medical facility as many zombies start to gather together. It is challenging yet fun at the same time and will be the perfect place to test out your skills.
Another place where you can do some shopping is at the Downtown Summerlin area in Downtown Las Vegas. It is an open air shopping mall which is filled with all sorts of retail outlets, boutiques, restaurants and bars. Everything you will ever need can be found under this one roof.
There are over 125 different shops here at this mall so it can definitely take you awhile to browse them all. Here you can find all sorts of good deals on many items you would want to buy.
It’s a perfect place to relax, grab some food and browse around.
California Hotel & Casino
One of the longest standing casinos here in Downtown Las Vegas is the California Hotel and Casino, or Cal for short.
It is a great place to see how Vegas used to be as you are roaming around trying to gamble on some tables or slot machines. Plus they even have a good luck charm in a Happy Buddha located inside where you can rub the belly and hopefully be blessed with some good luck.
Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort
Do you like history? Why not visit the Old Las Vegas Mormon Fort to see just how Downtown Las Vegas was like before all the gambling and neon lights came to be.
The inner city state park contains the first living structure that was constructed in Vegas back in the mid 1880’s. It covers over 3 acres and was built by Mormon settlers as a way to protect themselves from Indian attacks 50 years before Las Vegas was founded.
Inside this fort, you can find living quarters, authentic wagons, livestock barricades, and many more interesting things that date back long ago.
It is a great place to learn about some history as well as see how much things has changed from the past hundred or so years.
Downtown Las Vegas Events Center
Downtown Las Vegas Events Center or better down as DLVEC, is a open air events venue which hosts everything from festivals to concerts of all kinds. It is a huge venue that can accommodate up to 11,000 people.
They even operate as a Watch Zone for some major sporting events. People are able to reserve a table on the inner field during the big game days and watch the games live on the huge screen surrounded by other spectators all around.
Definitely something fun and unique that you should definitely experience if you ever have the chance here in Vegas.
