Perot Museum of Nature and Science

Visitors are able to go in the building and work their way up to the 6th floor where you’ll be able to learn about JFK’s life and career and what he has done in the early 1960’s.
Aside from that, they’ll also be hundreds of photographs and journals that detail the tragic event. You’ll also be able to see the vantage point in where Lee Harvey used back in 1963 to take that infamous shot. Dallas Museum Of Art

Trinity Forest Adventure Park
Located only minutes away from Downtown Dallas is a place called the Trinity Forest Adventure Park. It is a seven acre park that is turned into an obstacle course where people of all ages can come and enjoy some fun and fitness. Here you can find about 20 different zip lines from 10′ to 75′ above ground and 70 different elements like cargo nets, wobble bridges, tight ropes and more that are spread all over the area. It’s a fun obstacle course where you and your kids can challenge yourselves and see who is better.
Another aquarium you can visit is one called the Children’s Aquarium. It is an aquarium that is more situated for kids. It is a little bit smaller than the more famous Dallas World Aquarium, but is still a popular place for locals to visit.
Inside this building, you can find about 6 main exhibits, Freshwater Zone, with red-bellied piranhas and Australian rainbows; Intertidal Zone, for sea stars and sea urchins; Shore Zone, inhabited by seahorses, batfish and home to a Caribbean reef; Near Shore Zone, which has Moray eels, clownfish and porcupinefish, and the Offshore Zone, where you’ll see the ominous-looking Queensland groupers and zebra sharks.
